Background and Status Overview
Like Tseng, she is a member of the Shinra Company’s Turks, and is one of the members of an elite unit of specially selected [people] with the [Turks]. She lost her family when she was a child, leaving her all alone in the world, and was placed in an orphanage managed by Shinra. However, it was a training facility to nurture SOLDIERs, Turks, and other personnel who would be useful to Shinra, and in order to live, she had to pass many rigorous training courses. As a result, she was recognized for her abilities and became the youngest member to join the Turks in history, something that is still the case. Furthermore, the name Cissnei was given to her when she became a Turk and is not her real name.
Appearance and Internal Traits
A beautiful girl with trademark wavy red hair, dressed in the black suit of the Turks. Although she is slender, her body was forged through rigorous training, and in battle, she skillfully handles her cross-shaped shuriken to confront her foes. Perhaps due to the environment in which she was raised, she is quiet and thinks rationally. She gives the impression of being more mentally mature than girls her age, even acting as if she were older to Zack. Although as a Turk, she takes on the role of a villain, there is a side of her that cannot be completely heartless when it comes to some of the people she is emotionally attached to, such as Zack.
Main Relationships
The two main characters she is deeply affected by are Tseng, the Turks’ boss, and Zack, who she encounters in the Midgar Raid. Eventually, she and Zacks come to see each other frequently and develop a deep relationship of trust, but this brings forth a conflict in her heart when she finds herself in a position to capture Zack at the end of the story.

A target of a surveillance mission as well as a reliable ally. She likes his personality and eventually a deep trust binds them.
Tseng
Although he is her boss and a senior in the organization, they have a candid relationship. She trusts his instructions and abilities.
